We’re doing something this year our community has requested for many years – hosting extended sessions and workshops that allow a deep dive on topics integral to open source.  While shorter sessions provide some information about many topics, featured sessions in 2020 are designed to provide more information about fewer topics to allow for as much instruction as possible.

Attendance will be limited and available on a first-come first-served basis.  Attendees will include current technology professionals experienced using open source, those coming from a proprietary background and new to open source, as well as students from computer science and other technology programs at universities and colleges throughout the region.

The event will take place on Tuesday, March 3 and will be hosted at The University of South Carolina’s Alumni Center, located in the heart of the city’s education, technology, and entertainment district.

Three (3) tracks of extended sessions ranging in duration of 1.5 – 4.0 hours.  Each session will feature a world-class speaker / instructor.

Registration for the entire day is just $49 USD and includes lunch. Basically, we’re asking attendees to help cover costs. Please note registration will “sell out”, so move quickly if interested in attending and participating.
