And the winners are… Prizes at Open Source 101

We’re thrilled to announce prize winners from the Open Source 101 event last week!

We wanted to make the virtual environment as fun and engaging as possible, and the prizes go a long way in helping us meet this goal. Items include things we ourselves would want to use/own/win, and they’ve always been well received.

We’ve included the winners and a little more about the process below. Check them out and plan now to attend All Things Open in the fall. We’ll give away some pretty cool items there as well.

Macbook Pro

Everyone that registered was eligible. Everyone registering was automatically assigned a number when they registered based on the order in which they registered. We randomly drew a number (using a random number generator) between 1 and 1,281. #343 was randomly drawn. The winner – Nikki Barnes

10 winners from highest point totals

We randomly chose winners from the top 47 point finishers (multiple people were tied at #40 with the same point total, hence “47”). The people identified below have been notified and we’re working through the details now with each of them.
